If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund within 30 days from the date of purchase. The items you return must be in resalable condition, which means they are unworn, unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all original tags attached. Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for monogrammed, personalized, vintage, altered, or final sale items.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please be aware that the amount refunded does not include the outbound shipping fee paid on the original purchase.

Once we receive and inspect your return at our warehouse (usually within 72 hours of receipt), we'll process your refund, which will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 business days. Depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after the credit is applied for it to post to your account.


We do not offer exchanges for items purchased online. In case you need a different size or color, you can return the original item(s) and receive a full refund. After that, you can place a new order for the item(s) you prefer.
